1. Introduction
Welcome to the Aquamade mobile application (“App”), operated by Aquamade Agri. Reg.
Coop. (“Aquamade”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you
do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Purpose of the App
The App provides an interactive and educational experience related to ornamental fish,
including digital collection features and augmented reality (AR) experiences.
The App does not currently include user accounts, purchases, or financial transactions.

3. Use by Children
The App is intended for general audiences, including children.
If you are under the age of 16 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), you should use the
App under the supervision or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Aquamade does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

4. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including images, animations, AR elements, designs, logos, and
text — is the property of Aquamade or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual
property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior
written consent.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the App

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities

 

6. Augmented Reality (AR) Disclaimer
The App may use your device’s camera and sensors to enable AR functionality.
You are responsible for using the App safely and being aware of your surroundings.

Aquamade is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the use of AR
features.

7. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aquamade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

9. Future Features
We may introduce new features in the future, including additional functionality or services,
which may be subject to additional terms.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes
acceptance of any updates.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Israel.
